Orlando’s
Key Vacation was established in 1998 as a property management
company. Unlike other companies, our main concern is keeping our
units in optimal conditions and attractive for guests to return.
In order to do this, we are very strict, not only
meeting the requirements established by State Laws, but with the
inventory of goods inside the properties. Our units “stand
out” among others for several reasons: First, the location
of the property – their proximity to the main theme parks,
attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and main roads. They also
have to be tastefully decorated, additional amenities that will
make them different from standard homes and the most outstanding
feature, we personally look into each detail in your house. After
each check out, the house receives all the necessary “touch
ups” and fixes required for the new guest to feel he/she is
at a new property. Daily maintenance is a “key” in this
business!
We provide all the services to your guests:
- 24 hour emergency service
- Keyless entry in every unit so that the guests check in directly
in the home assigned.
- Check in and check out inspections
- Provide welcome packages and additional services when requested
Our main goal is to provide exceptional services
so that our guests will be satisfied and come back in the future.
All our units meet with our minimum requirements
of:
- 27” TV in living room
- 19” TV in each master bedroom
- VCR in living room
We also have units with many upgrades, just
to mention some:
- King Bed in Master Bedroom and at least Queen Size in second Master
Bedroom
- Spa
- Ceiling fans in: lanai, Master Bedrooms and Living room
- Electric garage doors
- Sound equipment (portable CD player or similar)
- Grill
